The Calypso is 18 m long and 5 m wide and has a toilet on board, places for sunbathing, a coffee corner with a total capacity for 15 customers. We drive to all dive sites with Calypso around Koh Tao. The boat takes off generally at 08.30 a.m. for 2 dives at different dive sites, and are ready for afternoon dives on request by boat or from shore. Our Thai Captain Chan is a very experienced captain in these waters and around Koh To. It is also possible to make just one dive and snorkellers are also welcome – by contributing a small amount for costs, so they can accompany divers.

If one dive site is too crowded by other dive boats or we consider that the general conditions are not safe, it is always possible to chose another dive site.

We are interested in observing the nature, not other divers!!! So we usually chose the less visited and quiet dive sites on the east side of Koh Tao. Should a divesite be overcrowded from other boats or the conditions for visibility be not to our liking, we will choose a different site.
